While we are able to send products to other countries and endeavour to have them delivered in a timely manner, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery, due to factors such as country-specific customs, regulations and third-party delivery providers.
We expect that most Australian and NZ orders will take between 5-7 business days to be delivered from time of payment, however, delivery times will vary based on your specific location and are subject to the performance of Australia Post or other delivery providers. For NZ customers and those within regional areas of Australia, please allow up to 10 business days before contacting us. CUSTOMISED SUPPLEMENTS will not be responsible or liable for any rejected, retained or missing items that are sent to countries other than Australia or New Zealand, neither will we be liable for any additional fees, taxes, tariffs or charges imposed.
CUSTOMISED SUPPLEMENTS will not be responsible for any costs associated with re-delivery of items if the reason for re-delivery is an incorrect shipping address (entirely or in part) provided by the customer. Re-delivery fees must be paid up-front by the customer in any such instances.
