RETURNS POLICY

At CUSTOMISED SUPPLEMENTS, we strongly believe in each and every one of our products – we developed and made them specifically for you and your needs, after all! We want every customer to be satisfied with their products. If you are unhappy with your purchase made directly through the CUSTOMISED SUPPLEMENTS website, please contact us using one of the methods outlined below.

The benefits of many nutrients are at the cellular, tissue and systemic levels and may not be overtly obvious to an individual. In addition, the benefits of some supplementation may require that an individual consumes the products consecutively for 60 days or longer before the desired results can be achieved.

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for a simple change of mind, if you found a similar product or products cheaper elsewhere, if you decided that you did not like the products or had no use for them, or where expectations of supplementation benefits are not realistic or in line with representations made on the CUSTOMISED SUPPLEMENTS website.

If your CUSTOMISED SUPPLEMENTS products do not meet the details or formulations advised at time of your transaction (if nutrients were missing, for example), or there is an issue with the condition of the product(s), then we will replace your order at no charge, or offer you a full refund. The choice will be yours. All refund requests must be placed within 7 days of receiving your item. We encourage you to advise us of the details of your issue or concern, the order number, amount paid and delivery address when lodging your request for refund or replacement.

Successful refunds may take 5-10 business days to reimburse, depending on the method of payment and the financial institution. All product replacements will be sent out within 10 days of replacement approval.

DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCTS TO CUSTOMISED SUPPLEMENTS WITHOUT FIRST CONFIRMING THE VALIDITY OF YOUR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND WITH A COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE. ALL UNSOLICITED ITEMS WILL BE DISCARDED OR DESTROYED FOR HEALTH, SAFETY AND SECURITY PURPOSES.
